Established in 2007 as a non-profit charitable trust, PHRII is recognized as a scientific and industrial research organization by the Government of India. We are dedicated to serving urban, peri-urban, rural, and tribal areas, ensuring accessible healthcare for low-income communities.

At the core of our efforts is the Prerana Health Clinic, which provides outpatient and mobile healthcare services focused on non-communicable diseases, family planning, reproductive health, and cancer screening for economically vulnerable communities. Our laboratory offers a range of services, including biochemistry, microbiology, and molecular testing.

Meanwhile, our community health teams lead education, awareness, and research initiatives, ensuring broader impact and outreach. Supporting all these efforts, our administrative team efficiently manages grants and organizational operations, enabling us to expand and sustain our mission.
